The Ferry County Board of Commissioners has designated Teresa Jenkins as the 2026 Chairman and Zack Trudell as the 2026 Vice-Chairman. Both Jenkins, representing District 1, and Trudell, representing District 3, were elected to office in 2025. Commissioner Robert (Bob) P. Dean, who represents District 2, was elected in 2023.
The three-member board oversees a staff that includes department heads across several county functions. Personnel reporting directly to the board include Planning Director William (Bill) Folks, Public Works Director Ron Charlton, Building Director Andy Simons, and Risk Manager/HR Theresa Henderson, among others. April Drennan serves as Clerk of the Board and Kaitlyn Bushnell as Deputy Clerk.
The board holds weekly meetings, with dates and livestream access available through published weekly agendas. Meeting agendas, minutes, county ordinances, proclamations, and board resolutions are publicly accessible through the FC Commissioners Public Drive. The commissioner's office is located at 290 E.
