Ferry County Seeks Residents for Two Planning Commission Seats

The Ferry County Board of Commissioners is looking for District #3 residents to fill two open seats on the Ferry County Planning Commission. Letters of interest are being accepted on a rolling basis until both positions are filled.

Applicants must submit a written letter to the Ferry County Commissioners at 290 East Tessie Avenue, Republic, WA 99166. Letters should briefly explain why the applicant wants to serve and describe any relevant background experience, though experience is not required. Appointments are four-year terms expiring on December 31. Members serve without pay but receive a travel stipend.

Residents with questions can contact the Planning Department at 509-775-5225, extension 3101, or by email at plan@co.ferry.wa.us.
